Class Descriptions

Dance Jam: Our signature dance class--feel the abandon!  Why work out when you can have a BLAST dancing away your stress, partying with your sisters, and burning 600-800 calories during this full-hour, high-energy, very unique dance class!  Dance steps are basic, no experience required—and EVERYONE is invited to this party!    We jam to top 40 music, Latin, jazz, oldies, tribal--anything and everything that moves your body and soul!  Guaranteed to keep you smilin' all day long! 

                    

Zumba:  DITCH THE WORKOUT, JOIN THE PARTY!   Come join us for a dance fitness program that is sweeping the nation!  Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a fitness program where you will achieve long term health benefits while experiencing an absolutely exhilarating hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements!  You will be hooked right away! 

 

Strength/Core/Stretch:  This 30 minute class is designed to work your entire body, with an emphasis on core stabilization moves using weights, balls, and exercise bands followed by a stretch/flexibility segment. HUGE benefits in a short time period!
